After your order is shipped, check your inbox for a dispatch confirmation email from us. This email will include your tracking number. Use the tracking number provided to follow your shipment's progress directly on the carrier's website.

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders within Germany are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Orders to EU countries and international destinations may take between 7 and 21 business days, depending on the destination and local postal services.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch before tracking information becomes available. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
