How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please send us an email at techprohyper1337@outlook.com within the 14-day withdrawal period. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with further instructions.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging where possible. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a deduction if the item shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and function.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing
